Throughout the year, we host a series of charity events to raise essential funds
in support of the Uccelin Foundation’s mission.
Uccelin Charity Lunch and Dinner
Once a year, Andreas Caminada and Marcel Skibba host the Uccelin Charity Event at Schloss Schauenstein – a gathering where some of the world’s most influential chefs come together to support the next generation. United by a shared purpose, they create an exclusive menu in aid of young professionals in the gastronomic industry.
This year’s event will take place on Monday, December 1st, joined by none other than Albert Adrià (Enigma, Barcelona) and José Avillez (Belcanto, Lisbon).
Together, we will guide our guests through a truly remarkable culinary journey.

Andreas Caminada Golf Tournament 2025
Once a year, Andreas Caminada invites to a golf tournament in Sagogn. That is: Fine dining on the golf course, charity auction for the benefit of the Uccelin Foundation. This team event is all about culinary delights and fun.

Once a year, Andreas Caminada and Marcel Skibba invite to the Uccelin Charity at Schloss Schauenstein. The best in the industry cook for the benefit of young talent and combine their culinary skills to create a unique menu. Uccelin Charity Dinner - sold out

The Swiss shipping company Swiss Excellence River Cruise will host the Uccelin Cruise on 27/28 November 2023. The two star chefs Andreas Caminada and Tanja Grandits will cook for the benefit of Uccelin Foundation.
