Together with G. Bianchi AG, the Fundaziun Uccelin will in the future be able to better tap into the potential of its certified scholarship recipients. As the main sponsor, G. Bianchi AG supports both the ongoing programs and the newly emerging alumni network of all past (and future) Uccelin participants.

The Hulda and Gustav Zumsteg Foundation supports three foundation programmes every year. All Uccelin scholarship holders also receive an exclusive two-day insight into the renowned Kronenhalle and can play an active role in organising the seasonal Uccelin menu in the Kronenhalle.

The Fred Feldpausch Foundation takes on up to 2 scholarship programmes each year. During the Uccelin programme, the selected scholarship holders gain an insight into the Ristoranti Fred Feldpausch, which is one of the best-known catering companies in Ticino. They experience first-hand the passion and dedication for gastronomy that characterised Fred Feldpausch throughout his life and can be experienced in these restaurants today.
