The Uccelin Foundation offers two tailored training programmes

Scholarship holders are free to choose which restaurants and producers
they would like to visit during their journey.

Programme for Culinary Talents

This programme is designed for young and motivated chefs. The 20-week curriculum is modular and includes the following stages:

  • Kick-off: Two weeks at Schloss Schauenstein in Fürstenau, Switzerland

  • Restaurant modules: Three placements of four weeks each at Uccelin partner restaurants

  • Producer modules: Four one-week insights with selected Uccelin partner producers

  • Final week: Back at Schloss Schauenstein - creation and presentation of a personal final product
