Uccelin Scholarship Programme

Our tailormade scholarship programmes are curated for young culinary and service enthusiasts who want to gain experience with our international partner restaurants and partner producers.
Programme Organisation
It all starts with choosing your three restaurants and four producers. As soon as these have been decided, we take care of everything.
Accommodation
During your foundation programme, we will take care of you and book your accommodation for your respective programme.
Transfers
To get you from A to B, we organise your flights or train journeys so that nothing gets in the way of your foundation programme and you can concentrate fully on your experiences.
Pocket Money
You will receive CHF 500.00 per month as pocket money for your leisure activities.
Health Insurance Reimbursement
In addition to your pocket money, you will be reimbursed CHF 250.00 per month for an international health insurance.
Certificate
After the successful completion of your Uccelin programme, you will receive a certificate.
How to apply?
Application Phase
The application phase of our scholarship programme is in March and September every year. During this time you can apply directly via this website.
Applicants who receive a rejection notice are not permitted to submit a new application until a full calendar year has passed after their refusal.
Only complete applications will be accepted.
Prerequisites
Years of experience as a chef or service professional required:
3 years with a completed and official accredited apprenticeship, 5 years without an apprenticeshipAge limit: 35

Our Expectations
Upon completion of the programme a written report, minimum 20 pages, must be submitted detailing your Uccelin journey.
At the end of the programme, you are required to create and produce (with our help) a product which will then be sold to partially fund scholarships for future candidates.
