Foundation Programme

Please note: The first two weeks of the scholarship programme take place at Schloss Schauenstein in Switzerland and are mandatory. Afterwards, the programme is divided into the following stages: 3 Restaurant placements – 4 weeks each 4 Partner producer visits – 1 week each Final week: creation and presentation of your final product, once again at Schloss Schauenstein The outlined stages serve as a framework for both the selection process and our coaching (should your application be successful).
